Make of this what you will

Dr. John Willke, is Republican Representative Todd Akin’s source for claiming “legitimate rape” doesn’t cause pregnancy.

He told the Daily Telegraph that he had a private meeting with Mitt Romney at his Cincinnati home last October and that Romney thanked him for his support and told him, “we agree on almost everything.”

Meanwhile, in an interview with a TV station, Paul Ryan dodged a question about whether abortions be available to women who are raped.

Said Ryan: “Well, look, I’m proud of my pro-life record. And I stand by my pro-life record in Congress. It’s something I’m proud of. But Mitt Romney is the top of the ticket and Mitt Romney will be president and he will set the policy of the Romney administration.”

And then at his first public town hall since his skinny-dipping excursion in Israel came to light, Republican Representative Kevin Yoder avoided the incident and refused to speak to national media.

His spokesman said the congressman was only speaking to local media, and then Yoder ignored reporters as he left the meeting.

Finally, Michael Baumgartner, a Republican Senate candidate from the great state of Washington, told a reporter at Seattle Met magazine to “go f–k yourself” after Baumgartner was asked to clarify his position on abortion.

There’s a lot we could do with that response.
But won’t.
