Obama’s maybe home sweet home

20 Sep

This is one of those things that’s very hard to believe.
First, it comes from some out-in-left-field web site with suspicious political leanings.
Second, it smells made up.

Nevertheless, here it is:

WND.COM says Obama’s chief financier, Penny Pritzker, is looking in Hawaii to buy a retirement home for the president and his family.

And, it’ll be available in January 2013.

This is from the usual “confidential sources”.

The “source” says highly confidential internal polls conducted by the Obama campaign indicate Obama can’t win re-election, regardless of the polls that show him in the lead.

There’s more –

The “source” says Pritzker is telling potential donors that the Obama’s have no intention of returning to Chicago when they leave the White House.

She is also raising money for the Obama presidential library and museum, which also are going to be in Hawaii.

Kevin DuJan, founder and editor of HillBuzz.org, first reported Pritzker was acting as a proxy to purchase a $35 million oceanfront estate in Lanikai, next to Kailua.

The property that appears to fit the description is an estate in a recent episode of “Hawaii Five-O.”

There’s a main residence and a guest home on 1.5 acres in an area called “Beachfront” just before Lanikai.

The interior is almost 8,500 square feet, with another 5,359 square feet of lanai.

The main house has five bedrooms, five baths, two powder rooms, a professional media room and a cabana next to the pool and spa.

Is any of this true?

We doubt it but we get to look at some pictures of a home we’ll never live in.
