New York in the 1920’s and the NYFD.
How they received alarms in those days and the fun of watching the chief drive like a maniac to get to the fire.

The 1920’s may not sound so long ago until you realize it’s over 90 years.
Yes, they had cars back then.

But they didn’t have fireproof clothes and air tanks and masks and you have to give these guys credit fighting a fire and breathing that stuff.
